It all started during a Saturday Carnita Asada in the backyard. The smell of sizzling beef on the grill, fresh tortillas warming up, and everyone diving into the salsas—it just felt right. That’s when the idea hit: Let’s make Los Tacos MÁS Cabrones!

With over 12 years in the food industry, we knew how to bring it to life. But this wasn’t just about tacos—it was about doing it CABRÓN-style. USDA Prime beef, handmade tortillas, and of course, the salsas that bring it all together.
